    Re: [InDesign] Adobe InDesign CC

Thank you. I tried everything, even CS Cleaner. The result was £Succesfally completed”, but then, when I tried to install Adobe InDesign CS6. I got the same message as before, that is: “We’ve encountered the following issues: Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Support Advisor to detect the problem”.

I am going to try again, but rather discouraged!

Have you tried downloading MSVCP100.dll from Microsoft?

You might also, want to try running the cleaner tool (CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3), then reinstall CS6.
