I receive an error when trying to read ebook on my nook. It says "This book has been returned. Loan not on record" I have tried returning the books, deleting them and re-downloading them, with no luck. At first it only happened to a few books but now it occurs on every book. I have had this happen on books I used to be able to read a month ago. How do I fix this?
