photoshop cs5 can not open raw file taken by Canon 5D 4

1. I just bought Canon 5d mark 4. The photoshop CS5 which I have used for some time can not open the row file which I took with 5D mark 4.What should I so.

2. My another computer's photoshop CS5 not only can not open raw file, It also can not do croping for the picture of jpg in photoshop. What should I do/
