This morning when I turned on my work computer, it displayed the following error message:
Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please dowload and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.
The steps I have taken so far to try to solve the problem are as follows:
• I ran Disk First Aid on my computer to repair any damaged permissions, but received the same error message when trying to open Creative Cloud.
• I downloaded the creative cloud app and tried to install it, but received the same error message.
• I attempted to uninstall Creative Cloud via the Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud app in the Adobe Creative cloud folder, but received the same error message.
• I downloaded the Creative Cloud Uninstaller and ran it. This seemed to have uninstalled Creative Cloud.
• I then downloaded the Creative Cloud Installer and reinstalled. It looked like it was working, but then displayed the same error message.
What else can I do to resolve this issue?

You have tried all the basic steps, I would request you to use cleaner tool from:-Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and remove Adobe Application manager using it. I would also request you to follow solution 2 from this link "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app​. and share the results.
