Problems with Sony PRS600

I have installed Digital Editions 4.5.2 on 2 PC's, both Windows 10.  Have same problems on both:

-     Reader (Sony PRS600) is not recognized.  Icon does not appear on bookshelf screen

-     Books downloaded from public library do not appear on bookshelf screen.  I have authorized the computer using Adobe ID (brand new, just created today).  Located the acsm files and get error after doubleclick "E LIC ALREADY FULFILLED BY OTHER USER."  Not sure specifically what to do to resolve the error.

The Error say that the eBook authoirze with other adobe id or with empty. Has you open the eBook for your try to open?
