For the past year I've been unable to open Google Play books on Adobe Digital Editions. I keep getting this message: "Unable to download. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY." Google Play's advice still didn't help me resolve the issue, so they referred me to Adobe. I consulted with someone on Adobe's Customer Care Chat, but they referred me to this forum. I've read that some people had a kink in their account and Google Play had to adjust something. So far, I haven't had much help from Adobe. Any suggestions?
