I am another person waiting for a response for Flash/Shockwave/Reader distribution request. I have submitted twice, 2 weeks ago and 1 week ago. I have checked my spam folder and have nothing there as well.

Same here, I asked "Shouldn't I have received an email about the application though?" and got this for an answer "I am sorry but for free version there is only forum support."
I have applied numerous times over the last couple of years with both my company and personal emails and have never received any emails regarding distribution. It was never that big of an issue until the download page was being taken down. I hope this gets resolved soon.

I have forwarded your information to the licensing team to resend the license agreement. We are currently receiving a very high number of licensing requests. The vast majority are processed successfully however, a small percentage are experiencing issues. The licensing team is processing these as quickly as possible. You should receive an email, containing a PDF attachment, within the next 2 - 3 business days. Please ensure your spam filters, firewall rules, anti-virus, etc do not block the email. If you don't receive the email with 2-3 business days, please don't apply again. Post back here and I'll follow-up with the licensing team again. Also post back here if you do receive the email.

Thank you, I have received response.
I would recommend adding information to the application page on how to resolve if there is no response. ex, do not resubmit, check the forums after 3 business days. It was difficult to find support on solving this, and it wasted my time and your help desk's looking for this information.

The team is actually currently working on these suggestions. I'm not sure when the new form will go live, but it will have additional information.
