I recently updated my hard drive, but I kept my old hard drive to work as a secondary since it was still good and I could use the extra storage it provided. My Photshop CS4 was setup on that old drive, but now it is no longer the C:\ drive, it is now the D:\ drive. I can launch my Photoshop CS4, but when I try to open or start a new project, I get the following error and then the software closes/crashes:
The specified module could not be found.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Version Cue CS4\Client\4.0.0\VersionCue.dll
I don't have, and never had, a "Program Files (x86)" file in my C:\ drive before it became the D:\ drive. I found the VersionCue.dll under D:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Version Cue CS4\Client\4.0.0\VersionCue.dll
How can I set the Photoshop software to recognize this new path instead of the one it is trying to use for the VersionCue.dll file?
It seems that you also upgraded your operating system from 32-bit to 64-bit. Anyway, you can't just move around software on disks, you have to reinstall it.
