Adobe - failure to start

After using Adobe for  a few months, i  noticed it suddenly just stopped activating when i clicked the icon.

i had to uninstall and re-install when it happened a few months.

Is anyone facing this problem ?

Is there a permanent solution to this ?

when adobe programs stop opening after a period of time when they worked will, start by resetting your preferences -
