not able to install Adobe flash Activex

Hello,

I am not able to install ActiveX on windows 8,8.1,10 all this windows edition comes with IE10 and higher, while running the setup I got a popup message ActiveX is in-built part of IE and have updated version installed  and it will get updated with windows update.

When I check in add remove program I can't see ActiveX there ?

can someone guide why I am not able to install ActiveX.

On Windows 8, 8.1 & 10 Adobe Flash is handled by Microsoft Patches.  Try running Windows Update and it should find it.

Is there any way out for manual installation of ActiveX, and stopping the upgrade through Microsoft Patches.

Also can someone help with link to download Adobe flash player Activex, PPAPI, NPAPI  23.0.0.205 .msi offline setup.
