On every PC we have upgraded from Win7 to Win10 I am getting a Flash error. It seems to be caused from the update service. Each time a user opens IE or any program that uses IE in the background they receive the error. I searched the internet far and wide looking for a solution. Coming up empty handed I dug a little deeper myself and discovered that by going to C:\Windows\System32\ and taking ownership of the Macromed folder then deleting it solved the issue. But now its back and the folder has repopulated. Is there a step I'm missing or is there a permanent solution to this issue?

Thanks in advance!
