Mouse hover does not work in 24.0.0.138

24.0.0.138 seems to have a mouse problem.

In this simple testcase, placing the mouse over the bar charts should reveal a data tip.

In 24.0.0.138, the tip does not show, or shows up only the first time.

Bug filed. Note that the bug database does not allow selecting Flash 24 beta, so the bug is incorrectly filed under 23.0.0.205.

Thanks for reporting this problem. We are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in next beta.

The known issue we are using to track this is: Seek bar does not appear on hovering mouse cursor on video(4186564).
