Problems adjusting the points on tone curve.

Since updating to the most current LR, I am having issues on adjusting the points on the tone curve.  Any suggestions?

What happens when you try?

What version of Lightroom?

What Platform (PC or Mac)

What Operating System?

When I try to adjust the points on the curve, I'm not able to move them very smoothly, if at all.  I use the tone curve all the time.  I am using the newest LR version 2015.7 CC.   Using MacOS Sierra.

I am using MacOS El Capitan with LR 2015.7.  I do not see these issues.  Did the problem begin before or after upgrading to Sierra?
