Hello I need a lil help With my ELEMENT 3D v2 ,when I'm adding an object into the scene and trying to add light..the object does not get affected by the light.

Now the thing is....that if im adding an ambient light (1 of the four light options in AE)

The object get affected.

Won't do shadows buy getting affected

If it's a spot or parallel..the object not getting affected

I tried everything..just everything.. nothing is seems to work

Sorry, but that's nonsense. V2 uses much more advanced features and a different OpenGL implementation and well, you have your answer here:

IntelHD graphics 4000,1024 MB

That's just not good enough. I believe that's even documented on the Video CoPilot page. You need a dedicated graphics processor.

Without proper system information nobody can tell you much. Most likely this is simply a graphics driver problem.

and there's nothing i can do?
like maybe to lower the setting or something?
any solution will help
because i can use cineware but its a lot of work and the render time is ridiculous.

LATEST

Adding a GPU is the only thing you can do. Element renders exclusively on the GPU and v2 has hardware requirements that the Intel chipset doesn't meet.
