Hello I need a lil help With my ELEMENT 3D v2 ,when I'm adding an object into the scene and trying to add light..the object does not get affected by the light.
Now the thing is....that if im adding an ambient light (1 of the four light options in AE)
The object get affected.
Won't do shadows buy getting affected
If it's a spot or parallel..the object not getting affected
I tried everything..just everything.. nothing is seems to work
Thank you
And Sorry for my English.
its not about the system preferences because with V1 its worked
Sorry, but that's nonsense. V2 uses much more advanced features and a different OpenGL implementation and well, you have your answer here:
IntelHD graphics 4000,1024 MB
That's just not good enough. I believe that's even documented on the Video CoPilot page. You need a dedicated graphics processor.

Without proper system information nobody can tell you much. Most likely this is simply a graphics driver problem.

Adding a GPU is the only thing you can do. Element renders exclusively on the GPU and v2 has hardware requirements that the Intel chipset doesn't meet.
