extracting bookmarks as a separate PDF

In our Lab we use Business objects to create working lists for our samples. This program exports these lists as PDF.

In this PDF, every sample is shown as a bookmark

Is it, somehow possible, to export every "chapter" as a single PDF?

There is a built-in option in Acrobat that extracts these "chapters", but it only works on the top-most level bookmarks.

If you want to extract the lowest-level bookmarks (or any other level) then you will need to use a script, like this one I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Extract Lowest-Level Bookmarks
