I can't authorise an app on my phone, because I get the error that I reached my authorisation limit. I contacted the Chat regarding this problem but the consulted redirected me to the forum, saying I can only get help here. All I want is to have all my authorisations reset so that I would be really thankful for the help.

You must ask direclty for Adobe Reset over the Chat: Contact Customer Care . Then its should work.
