Hi! I've been talking to a chat representative that said that she can't help me. She asked that I ask here.
So I need to have my account activation count reset or remove all authorization. It's really important as the ebook I'm using is for my job and the activation count got maxed out since I've got some trouble with my computer.
Can someone help me about that ?

You must ask the support for reset: Contact Customer Care
If you ask dirkly for the reset for adobe id its works.

I did, but I will try again. It seem that it's not everyone on chat that want to do a reset sadly.
