Installed Winter Wonderland Preset, lost my license to Lightroom?

I installed the Pretty Presets Wonderland, and now when I try to log into Lightroom it won't let me access the developer tools any more and states my trial has expired.  I purchased the full product.  Also when I try to go to help to sign out, nothing happens.  So I cannot log out in order to re-submit my license key.

Which version of Lightroom? Which operating system?

Have you also contacted the vendor of the presets to report the issue?
