Lightroom 6 Development blue screen?

   Just purchased and downloaded LR 6.  In development all I can get is a blue screen.  At first it kept asking me to sync with my phone.

LR help sends me back to the site where I bought LR6 and LR online sends me to the same site.  It`s like it wants me to buy it.

Lightroom Preferences > Performance tab, UNcheck Use Graphics Processor.

Lightroom 6 is displaying a blue screen with a white X through it in the Develop module for all my photos
