Business catalyst 404 error

Hi,

I try to login in business catalyst but i've an old dns loaded and an 404 error... impossible to go on admin

Not Found

The requested URL /Admin/Index2.aspx was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you help me to resolve it ?

Go to businesscatalyst.com/admin and login with your details.

Yep thx... but this error 404 is the resultant of businesscatalyst.com/admin...

I've redirected my old domain on ip of business catalyst and that's work again.

BUT adobe have a bug from admin panel. If i haven't my domain, impossible to restore admin because admin is attached to my domain... very very dangerous !

That is not true.

If you know your development domain

YOUR SITE.businesscatalyst.com/admin

Or if you are branded

THESITE.yourcustomdomain.com/admin

The world securesystem url version:

YOURSITE.worldsecuresystems.com/admin

Will always work.

No bug here, it is to do with how you set domains up. If you set up a domain incorrectly you can prevent any CMS or hosting form operating correctly.

I had the same problem....if I try to login via the 'login' icon on the Adobe Business Catalyst  page, I get the same error because the login diverts to the default site  http://www.churchalive.org.au/Admin/Index2.aspx?SID=1272620&UID=631538&SV=-329949620&FN=Roseann&LN=H...   which is now redundant because the site's dns has now been pointed to another hosting provider by the client, so now not working on the business catalyst login direction)  ...I do belive this is a bug that needs to be fixed by Adobe.

but... as Liam mentioned....Yes you can login via YOUR SITE.businesscatalyst.com/admin as a 'work around'
