Direct2D download needed

My machine is telling me that I need to have Direct2D installed, but I cannot find the download on Windows update. Where can I find the program to download so that I can view the slideshows in Lightroom 6?

Which exact version of Lightroom 6 are you running? Check Help > About in Lightroom.

According to this discussion, the issue was solved (or at least disappeared) in version 6.6.1. Current version is 6.7.

I am running the update again, but it is updating Lightroom CC 2015. I am now on version 6.7, and the slideshows are playing. Thank you.
