There are a few <meta> tags to force the page to load from the server, but they don't work across all browsers/platforms/devices.
A better way to ensure your viewer's browsers are seeing the most current data on your site is to monkey with your server's settings. Your server can tell the viewer's browser to disregard their cache file when your site is called up. You might need to talk to your hosting company to change the necessary settings, but it is a pretty simple thing to do (at least on Apac
