I'm using an iMac with macOS Sierra 10.12.1
Download and installation appears fine and I have also signed out and in of Adobe Creative Cloud.
However - when I attempt to run Lightroom it bounces down the bottom of the screen for a while - becomes static and then just disappears?
Anyone have any clues - I've uninstalled & reinstalled a few times but the behaviour is still the same...
Cheers..........Doug

Hi dlps,
Please reset the Lightroom preferences back to default and check if that helps.
Refer: Preference file and other file locations | Lightroom CC and 6
Let us know if that helps.

Can you please share the crash log, so that we find the root cause.
Also, change the permission for Adobe folder in both user and system library with full access.

Mohit

I don't get a crash log - it shows the symbol at the bottom of the screen "bouncing" - I then get the splash screen and then they both disappear.
Permission are Read & Write for both.

Unfortunately it states that phone support isn't offered for this product and refers me back to the forum?
