Creative Cloud shows error 201 after 2%

I have a "new" computer freshly installed with Windows 10. No other apps or programs installed. I try to install the Creative Cloud App. The exe-file downloads fine, but when I execute it, it gets stuck at 2% and returns the errorcode 201. Just to test I tried to do it on another computer on the very same connection (Wired) and it downloaded just fine.
I have tried setting all Internet security settings to low, and disabling windows firewall, but so far no luck.

Any suggestions? The Computer in question is a HP Envy Phoenix h9-1320t running Windows 10 home
