My Dreamweaver CC 2017 not responding

I downloaded Dreamweaver CC 2017 today, but I have a problem.

When I execute my Dreamweaver CC 2017, it is not responding So, I cannot use my Dreamweaver.

I tried to reinstall my dreamweaver but It is not working.

How can it fix? I want to use Dreamweaver to develop.

오늘 제가 드림위버 CC 2017을 다운로드했는데, 실행할때마다 응답 없다면서 꺼져서 드림위버를 사용 못하는 중입니다.

재설치도 해봤지만 안통해요;

어떻게하죠;

if win os, right click the dreamweave executable (.exe) and click 'run as administrator'.

if that fails, make sure you've suspended antivirus and antimalware programs.

if that fails, reset your preferences - https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/restore-preferences-dreamweaver-cs6-cc.html
