Muse File Disappeared from Desktop Folder

My Muse Website file disappeared from my Desktop folder.  It is still in the Cloud, but I can't find a way to download it back to my desktop so that I can work on it.

What do you mean when you say "It is still in the cloud?" Can you post a screenshot here?

Also, I am not sure as to why your file should disappear from your desktop folder.
