Creative Cloud Can't Connect to Server

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Illustrator on Windows but the Creative Cloud isn't updating. When it says it's installing the update, it gets stuck at 2% and says that it's trying to connect to the server. I've tried a few things like signing out, but nothing's worked so far. I just can't figure it out. I was hoping that maybe someone here has an idea for me. Thoughts?
