InDesign and Illustrator not recognizing fonts

After the update, InDesign and Illustrator are not recognizing fonts from my Font Book, and only a few TypeKit fonts are showing up. Any suggestions?

Maybe that you have clicked on the TypeKit button in the Font Field, this will turn on the filter to show only TypeKit fonts.

Well now I feel really stupid Thanks for the input Willi; I never use TypeKit, just checked it and you were correct. I have no idea how that happened, maybe it defaulted on the update. You are brilliant.
