I'd like to create a PDF from InDesign that contains buttons that can be used to toggle the visibility of other objects (saved as buttons). I can make this work in Acrobat Reader on a Mac and PC desktop, but it doesn't work on iPad Acrobat Reader. Is there a way to get this to work? We're trying to create PDF documents that contain extra "layers" of test or images and that can be viewed on the iPad.

Hi,

Acrobat Reader mobile apps (for iOS, Android, Windows Phone) do not support Layers (a.k.a. optional content) yet.

Would you please submit a feature request using the online form below?

Adobe Acrobat for iPhone and iPad - Feature Request/Bug Report Form

The Product Management team will take your request into consideration for a future lease of Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad.

Thank you!
