Lost PDF presets

Yet another very poor upgrade. All presets have disappeared from the Export to PDF panel. How can we work without something as fundamental as this?? Tried the four key startup to reset but startup just hangs. Why don't you guys fully check an update before releasing. So annoying.

Can anyone suggest how I fix this so I can work to pay the monthly fee?????

The first thing to try to is to restore your InDesign preferences:

Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences

If that doesn't work, I would try uninstalling (you can do this beside the word InDesign in CC desktop app > Apps tab). Then reinstall InDesign.
