I've created an indb with two files. The first file contains the book front matter and uses roman numerals for page numbers. The second file contains the body of text and I've set the page numbers to begin with 1. When I export to a fixed layout epub and open with ibooks, the page numbers in the navigational toc don't correspond with the book's page numbers, but begin page 1. Is there any way to synch the navigational toc with the indb page numbers?
