Hi,

Recently "print production" menu disappeared from the tools panel.

From  View>Tools, I see Print Production menu..  when I clicked on it, it appears in the tool panel.

But when I close Acrobat XI, print production menu disappears.

So I got to repeat this process every time, I open Acrobat. It's inconvenient.

How can I have it show in the tool bar permanently?

Thanks.

This sounds like Acrobat has a problem writing (or reading) this UI change to/from it's settings storage. The first thing I would try is to repair Acrobat. If you are running on Windows, you will find the "Repair" option in Acrobat's Help menu. If that does not help, I would try to clear out Acrobat's settings: How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Glad that worked. Sometimes things get "stuck", and (at least on Windows), the Repair option is usually a good start to get things working again.
