Does anyone know what version of After Effects first had the ability to track and blur a moving face?

Thanks.

Any version as far back as AE 5 in the year 2000? Not sure what you are asking, really. AE has had tracking tools like forever that could be used in any manner, including COP blurs. If you're asking about the specialized face tracker, then that was introduced with the CC 2015 version, but really, it has nothing to do with blurring out faces exclusively. Any tracking tool has multiple uses.
