Do I understand correctly that ID does NOT have a traditional "CLIPBOARD" (like MSWord, and all others) where multiple instances of clipped / copied text is saved for future use (within the current session) -so that i do not have to retype the same phrase (or worse yet cut-n-paste) the same phrase 30,000 time in one sitting?

Stuck in an office where they insist on using ID as our text document editor (I mean really ?)

With many thanks in advance, easily frustrated,

Have you looked into the Content Collector?

It that doesn't do what you need, see if they will get you a copy of QuicKeys.

Startly - QuicKeys 4 for Mac OS X

You should describe what you want to afford, what you want to do?

Tell us, why the content collector is not a solution for you?

I think the huge problem you have is the lack of how to do in InDesign.
