6p scrolling animations

Anyone knows why the scrolling animations in the nexus 6p really bad like when you scroll you don't have that flowing like any normal app ... I didn't try it on other phones but this what's happening... And I'm using a nexus 6p with 7.1.1 Android nougat

Are you facing this problem while accessing the pdf document in Adobe Acrobat Reader (any other) mobile application?

Or is it a general problem that you are experiencing in your nexus 6p?

Yea that what bothers me... It's while accessing the pdf in your app and that's why i use (temporarily) another app to do so.. thanks
