Interactive PDF: Link to a Sharepoint URL not working

I've created an infographic for a client. There's a lot of links on one page, all of which are working fine.

There's two links that simply will not work no matter what I do. They both link to a Sharepoint URL to a specific word document.

I have other Sharepoint URLs in the infographic that work, but they aren't pointing to specific documents. That's really the only thing I can narrow it down to.

Has anyone experienced this? or can shed some light onto why this is happening?
