Stroke line under headline text

Hi guys,

Can i create a stroke line under my headline text to a exact length? I go to "stroke" command (i don't know the exact name in English) and it always full length column or text but i cannot change it to a certain length.

Here is the sample i want to achieve

Here is the Option (sorry is in Spanish) but you can see Width Options are a) Text width or b) Column Width

Use the column width setting, and set a right indent to adjust the width of your line.
