Hi, I can't figure out how to save a full resolution image (say 2700 x 2000 ipad landscape size) to my ipad. When I download from creative cloud, it's a much smaller, poor rez version. Tried copying to clipboard and pasting into mail but full size is 17 mb, way too big for my email. Greatly appreciate suggestions, thanks!

Nicola.

Right. That's the largest size you'll be able to save to your camera roll.

Share icons. One in the project view. And one when the drawing is open. It sounds like you just haven't gotten to the second one yet. Try this:

Open your drawing (as if you're going to draw in it)

Tap on the Share icon (square with an arrow) in that top nav.

You'll see the options I mentioned there.

Let me know if you're still having trouble seeing it.

Hi Nicola.

If you're saving the image to your iPad's camera roll, the resolution it will save at is 2048 x 1536px (on iPad Pro it will save as 2732 x 2048px). Not sure if this is how you've been trying to do that, but here's how to save to your camera roll:

From an open drawing tap the Share icon (square with an arrow) in the upper nav

From the menu that opens choose Share Image (that will give you a number of options for sharing; one of them will be Save Image).

If you want a higher res version of the art, from that same Share icon choose Send to Creative Cloud Files as PSD or Send to Creative Cloud Files as PDF. (That saves to the Creative Cloud Files folder that can be accessed from the desktop, from Adobe Creative Cloud (by logging in with your Adobe ID) or from the Creative Cloud Mobile App.

Not sure whether I answered your question. Let me know if I haven't.

Hi Sue, thanks for the info. So no matter what I do, I can't save an image to my ipad larger than 2048 x 1536?

Secondly, when I look at the share button on my project, it just offers the option to save to Behance. Where are the other options?

Thanks!

Nicola
