Drag the stage in edit mode

I don't know why, but from some days I can't drag,  in edit mode, the stage.

Also if I open a new document.

In any previous work yet I can.

My stage now is anchored, fixed on left upper side.

In the past status I could drag the extreme left and top side in the position I wanted, not now.

Any hint?
