Lightroom mobile won't load completely.

I have a new Iphone 5se and after transferring the mobile app from the old phone (Iphone 5c) it won't finish loading. I can see the preview photos, including the new photo I synced as a test. The circular whirly thing keeps spinning and I can't open the collections to see the photos inside . Both the IOS and Lightroom are the current versions.

Any ideas?

have you tried a force quit of Lr Mobile and restart afterwards -Guido

What worked was to delete the app and then reinstalling it. So if that's what you are suggestion then that was the correct answer.
