Why cant I see my applications in my Creative Cloud and update them?

Apps panel doesn't show installed Adobe Creative Cloud apps

Hi I tried these steps, now I get
Configuration error
Please uninstall and reinstall the product.
If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

Renaming the "OPM.db" didn't work, I've reinstall every application now and I see them in Creative Cloud.
So i guess reinstalling worked.
