Hi everyone,

I use Indesign CC 2015, in every version there has been an example text in the drop down menu for the fonts.

On the left side is the name of the font, on the right side there is an example text in that font.
Mine is in dutch "voorbeeld", but I want to change that, because sometimes i'm searching for a specific "s" but I can't see it in my example text so I have to select every font that might have what i'm looking for.

How can I change the example text in the drop down menu, to whatever I want?

Thank you in advance!

I don't think that this is possible.

But try the following:

Write a text sample with the specific character(s) and highlight it.

Open the font drop down list, press and hold the Alt-key (Windows)[Option-key(Mac)?] and move your mouse pointer over the font names.

The sample text will be displayed live in the different fonts.

Hope it helps.

Very useful.  Would you by chance happen to know the keyboard shortcut to do that in premiere?  I looked but couldn't find it.
