So I wanted to edit an intro template which I downloaded from the link of a Youtube video. But this is basically what always show up when I tried to open the downloaded PSD file. Is it anyway to convert the file to make it readable on Mac? (pleaaase tell me there is, I really need this )

Thanks in advance! ~

the message you are getting tells you that you need CC2014 (at least) to open this project. if you are a CC subscriber you can install all the versions from CS6 and forward. you can try to ask from the project provider for a compatible version, or ask anyone with at least CC2014 to create an older version by opening the project in CC2014 and selecting save as-> CC(12) - you can only go back one version at a time. you are using CS6 or older so do the math...

This has nothing to do with Windows vs. Mac. AE projects simply are not backward compatible.

Ye I just noticed it, thanks for pointing that out.

Is there any way to revert the Adobe version (that I'm currently using)?
