For the last three or four days I have been trying to upload videos to YouTube, but I keep getting the message that states: " Share to YouTube temporarily unavailable through Adobe Premiere Elements." How long is this going to go on? Can I do something to fix this problem?
I've tried resetting the web services, but that did nothing.
Thanks!

Workaround is to export to mp4 and upload manually.

How do you export a project to mp4?

Unfortunately, none of the 'correct answers' actually answer the question, which is how long will this go on, and/or how do I fix it?
Workarounds are appreciated, but the problem exists also in PE12 for me, and like Aaron, I want to know whats wrong with the service and when does it get fixed?
thanks, and sorry for sounding grumpy

I may be wrong, but as near as I can tell, it is happening to all brands of video editors that offer an automatic uploader. The "service" problem is at YouTube. You might consider making suggestions to Google! For whatever reason, YouTube/Google wants to control the process. Do you think Google/YouTube is going to send out technical memos to programmers at Adobe and Adobe's competitors?
Reality here is that the "work around" works well, quickly and reliably.
I'm sorry you are grumpy!

Thanks Bill,
actually that answer at least explains a (probable) cause. Yes i could petition you tube i suppose, but one would think that Adobe and others would have a louder voice. I would also expect that they (Google) do send out technical memos to manufacturers, its pretty common practice
Mike
PS: yes I already used the workaround, successfully thanks
