Trying to open Adobe Stock in Lightroom

I'm trying to connect to Adobe Stock in LR6 publishing services (to start contributing) and when I click on the link I get the following error:

I suggest you submit a bug report in the official Adobe feedback forum: Photoshop Lightroom | Photoshop Family Customer Community . Adobe product developers actively participate there, but are rarely seen here.  Be sure to include the exact version of LR and version of Mac / Windows (do Help > System Info).
