Do I need Adobe Sign to have a certified signature if I have Adobe Pro DC

I have been using Adobe Pro/Reader DC fill & sign to sign documents but it doesn't give a digital verification/authentication. Do I need Adobe Sign to do that?

That's one thing that Adobe Sign can do and Acrobat DC includes an individual Adobe Sign account. It also allows you to digitally sign a document.
