subscribe monthly for lightroom, photoshop, creative cloud and lightroom mobile. Mobile stops the sync and in lightroom preferences notice my trial from last January has expired?? reloaded mobile app and all works - BUT ONLY AS ANOTHER TRIAL!!!
How do I get NORMAL SERVICE RESUMED? After all I'm still paying for it!

Log into your Creative Cloud account using the Creative Cloud desktop application. Do you use the creative cloud desktop app? Do you need help downloading and installing it, or signing into your account with the app?
The mobile app is free and doesn't require a creative cloud membership. The membership is required if you want to sync images from your desktop Lightroom to your mobile Lightroom. Both desktop and mobile must be signed into the same account.
