On my computer I am getting this message after updating the site "Some files on the server may be missing or incorrect. clear browser cache and try again. If the problem persists please contact the website author."

In the past I have got this error message when there was mixed versions of Muse files.  I have always been able to solve it by deleting all the files from my desktop and on the server and load a whole new set of files.  I am uploading the files with Filezilla on to the clients server.  I deleted all the files on the server side and loaded the new files.  I am only getting the error message with Google Chrome, not on Edge.  I went to my laptop and tried it on Chrome and Firefox and no error message.  It was the first time I went to the site on my laptop.  I have tried several things and still getting the error.  I deleted all the cookies.

The website is www.kisr.net

I have read these other discussions and the list of reasons for the error and haven't been able to figure out the problem:
