Internal error with my Lightroom

Hi There!

I'd be happy if someone could help me please!!

So here you've got the error message:

It appears when I want to rename the name of my files.

And so I can't rename the photos ou saved the metadata in the files!!

I need help quickly I need to give the photos to my clients.

There situated on my NAS I don't know if it can have an impact or not?

Do hesitate to ask me more infos

Hi Nathan,

This seems to be an issue with Permissions for these files on your server.Are you able to rename them if they are located on your Desktop(locally)?

Also, in Lightroom ,select Show in Finder (Mac).Does that locate the proper photo in Finder or Explorer?

Sadly (-not really), I can change the file names from the Finder...

Could it be a Lightroom issue?

it also seams that Lightroom has renamed some pics but now isn't able the reach the original file... it's very strange.

This could only occur if your files have not been grated Full Read/write Permissions on server.
